Our Philosophy

Our beliefs about ourselves and others, mirror and shape our reality. I believe our goal is to raise awareness of the inner parts of ourselves that operate from a fear-based mindset, characterised by fight, flight, or freeze responses. When we remain in this state, our mind, body, and soul fall out of balance. Without awareness, we block channels of energy, opportunities, and experiences that align with our true desires. 

The Magic of Bali

Sevenity was created on the healing island of Bali. In June 2023, I began my Yoga Teacher Training in the spiritual heart of the island, Ubud. The moment I arrived in Bali, I felt more at home than ever before. I felt understood. I began my intense journey of self-awareness, grounding and responsibility, transitioning from darkness into light.

I now live between Bali and Ireland, sharing my experiences, gifts and tools with those seeking..

A place where you can return to yourself, peel back the layers and reconnect with your truth. It’s about bridging the physical and the spiritual, integrating ancient wisdom with modern understanding and guiding others back to authenticity.
